• Teardrop-Shaped Vents: The disc features unique teardrop-shaped holes that significantly reduce its overall weight. This lightweight design prevents the podiatry handpiece from vibrating, reduces strain on the technician’s wrist, and prevents the tool from overheating during prolonged use.

• 100% Hygienic Workflow: Working with the Pododisc ensures absolute safety for both the technician and the client. A single-use abrasive file is glued onto the metal base before the procedure, the pedicure is performed, and the file is immediately peeled off and disposed of.

• Premium Medical Steel: The solid metal base is crafted from high-grade surgical stainless steel. When used and maintained correctly, it is completely resistant to corrosion.

Care & Sterilization Instructions

To maintain the longevity of your professional Pododisc, strictly adhere to standard sanitation protocols:

1. Disposal: Peel off and discard the used abrasive file immediately after treating a client.

2. Disinfection: Submerge the metal disc in a dedicated metal-safe disinfectant solution according to the manufacturer’s exposure time.

3. Cleaning: Thoroughly rinse the disc with clean water and dry it completely. Do not place a wet tool into a sterilizer.

4. Sterilization: Place the completely dry disc into a kraft bag and sterilize it in a dry-heat oven or autoclave. Allow the tool to cool completely before applying a new disposable file.
